JVE Investments brings to each individual project multi-sector expertise and a tailored and methodical approach spanning due diligence, pre acquisition underwriting, entitlements and permit strategies, local stakeholder and community outreach. From the on-set and client representation, and during all phases of the property development process, including from master planning, site selection, land use approvals, team selection, bidding, and overall management of the design and construction process.

Joseph Peretz

Joseph Peretz is an entrepreneur by heart and a businessman by choice. A high energy, fiscally conscious and goal-driven executive, Mr. Peretz approaches each new business challenge with his natural flair for innovation, creativity, problem-solving and measured risk-taking to drive consistent bottom-line improvements. This man has invested his time and money in various projects all of which turned out very successful. He is not afraid to diversify his business and invest into projects unrelated to construction or home improvement.

Mr. Peretz has over 15 years of experience building, developing, and managing residential projects primarily in Southern California. He has built more than 15 projects totaling in excess of 50'000 square feet costing over $50 million. The many projects built and developed include: residential buildings, tenant improvements, renovations, and off-site street improvements.

Mr. Peretz now focuses on full service construction, real estate development, and investment real estate including: property acquisition, project development, project entitlement and permitting, project financing, pre-construction, construction, project management, supervision, sales and leasing, and property management. His current projects average from $15 to $35 million.

Mr. Peretz builds several projects every year averaging 50 million dollars. As a real estate developer, Joseph Peretz has participated as a principal or manager in the ownership, investment, development, acquisition, planning, design, construction, and management of over 250,000 square feet of residential properties.
Joseph Peretz also provides personal "hands-on" construction management consulting, construction litigation support, and other specialized construction services. These services include: project completion analysis, consulting, feasibility studies, inspections, management, estimating, cost analysis, scheduling, defect analysis, dispute resolution and expert witness support.
