INITIAL CONSULTATION

We start with a focused conversation to understand your vision, lifestyle, and goals. This includes reviewing your property, zoning, and initial design opportunities, then outlining the clear path forward.

PROPOSAL

Following the consultation, we deliver a tailored proposal with recommended design direction, scope, and preliminary budget to guide the next decisions.

SELECTIONS & DILIGENCE

Our design team helps you choose finishes, fixtures, and materials that match your style. Simultaneously, we complete surveys, engineering checks, and permitting research to prepare for a smooth build.

3.

PRODUCTION AGREEMENT

Once selections and details are set, we create a fixed-price production agreement defining scope, specifications, inclusions, and timeline.

4.

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

With permits approved, our craftsmen and project managers bring your home to life, maintaining quality, efficiency, and clear communication throughout.

5.

HANDOVER

We conduct a final quality inspection and walk-through, then hand over the keys along with warranties and care guidelines.

Phase 1.

PRE- CONSTRUCTION

  • The creative process begins here. Architects and designers collaborate with you to shape floor plans, elevations, and overall design concepts. This phase aligns function, aesthetic, and budget to set the vision for your home.

  • Our structural, civil, and MEP engineers translate the design into detailed, code-compliant construction documents. These drawings are essential for both permitting and precise execution on-site.

  • We submit all required documents to local agencies, managing the permit process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with expediters and responding to plan checks to secure timely approvals.

  • We finalize your construction budget, timeline, and team. Long-lead items are ordered, and the site is prepared for breaking ground.

  • As we approach construction, you’ll make final selections on finishes, fixtures, and materials. These decisions are integrated into the schedule and budget to ensure a
    smooth start to the construction stage.

Phase 2.

CONSTRUCTION

  • The site is excavated and plumbing and electrical conduits are laid in place. Once that’s done, the concrete slab is poured, forming the foundation of your home.

  • This stage marks the structural and functional heart of your home. First, the rough frame is built to outline the walls, floors, and roof that form the skeleton of the house.

    With the structure in place, we move into MEP installation, where mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems are carefully integrated within the walls and ceilings.

    This phase gives shape not only to your layout but to the living systems that will power and support your home.

  • The walls, roof, windows, and doors are installed, securing the home from the outside elements. At this point, the structure is weatherproof, and you can start to see the building taking its final form.

  • Internal fixtures are installed, including plasterboard, skirting, architraves, and doors. Electrical, plumbing, and cabinetry are also fitted, bringing the interior closer to completion.

  • Final inspections are carried out, and any minor defects or touch-ups are addressed. Once everything meets the required standards, the home is ready to be handed over
    for you to move in.
